After a scan or purchase, delivery typically happens through the report link or the product flow that appears after checkout. If a report is delayed, start by checking the order status and the original delivery page. During beta, the support target is a first human response within 7 calendar days.

Support scope

We can help with access problems, missing reports, duplicate charges, and obvious input errors. We cannot promise a specific approval outcome, a search ranking change, revenue growth, or AI platform inclusion.

How to reach us

Email sales@getproductproof.com with your order reference, store URL, and the product URL you scanned. During beta, if payment or delivery fails because of a technical issue, we will restore access or provide a complimentary rerun. Support requests are handled with a target first response window of 7 calendar days.
