When to ask
Send a refund request if you were charged by mistake, received a duplicate order, could not access the purchased report, or ran into a delivery problem that support could not resolve first.
How review works
We check the order details, delivery status, and the reason for the request. Because this is a beta product, we may ask for a short description of the issue or a screenshot of the problem before making a decision.
What we do not promise
A refund request does not create a guarantee of approval, a guarantee of faster indexing or ranking, or any guarantee that a report will change business results. Those outcomes depend on the store, the data, and the platform response.
Decision path
If a refund is approved, it is handled through the original payment method where possible. If the request is not approved, we will explain the reason in plain language and keep the report or delivery record available when applicable.
How to request review
Email sales@getproductproof.com with your order reference, payment email, product URL, and a short description of the issue.
