What we process
ProductProof processes public product URLs submitted for scanning, page evidence collected from those public URLs, report metadata, account email addresses used for login links, order records, and payment status information when checkout is enabled.
What we do not need
The first scan does not require store passwords, admin access, private customer data, payment card data, or API keys. Users should not submit private URLs, credentials, or any confidential material through the scanner or support form.
Payment and delivery partners
Payments are handled by Ziina. Delivery emails may be sent through our mail provider. ProductProof receives only the transaction status and the order details needed to unlock the purchased workspace and support the delivery flow.
Support and contact data
If you contact ProductProof by email or through the support form, we store the details you provide so we can reply, investigate the issue, and keep an audit trail of support and billing decisions.
Retention
Reports, order records, support requests, and event logs may be stored for product delivery, fraud review, debugging, and refund handling. Beta retention periods may change as the service matures, but we aim to keep only what is needed for support, billing, and delivery.
Cookies and session use
ProductProof uses essential cookies for session handling, signed order access, and account login. These cookies help keep a paid report and delivery actions attached to the right customer workspace.
Your choices
You can stop using the product at any time, ask questions about stored account or support data, and request deletion where retention is no longer required for billing, fraud prevention, or legitimate business records.
