What ProductProof is
ProductProof is a product data readiness and delivery service. It scans public product pages, generates findings, and can unlock paid report, audit, and fix guidance workflows.
No guarantee language
ProductProof does not guarantee Merchant Center approval, rankings, rich results, AI inclusion, traffic, revenue, platform acceptance, or error removal by any third-party system.
Allowed use
Users should scan product pages they own, manage, or are authorized to audit. Do not submit private pages, credentials, or confidential data. Do not use the product to probe private systems or pages that are not meant for public access.
Beta service conditions
ProductProof is currently in beta. Some parts of delivery may still rely on manual review, support intervention, or staged rollout logic. If a technical issue blocks access after purchase, ProductProof may restore access, resend delivery, or provide a complimentary rerun while the issue is resolved.
Paid delivery
During beta, paid audit delivery may include web reports, print-ready summaries, fix guidance, structured recommendations, and rescan support. Exact deliverables are shown on the site, in the purchased workspace, or at invoice time.
Billing and refunds
Checkout is handled by the active payment provider. Refund handling follows the refund policy and may depend on duplicate billing, access failure, or unresolved delivery problems.
Support path
Support requests should include the order reference, store URL, scanned product URL, and a clear description of the issue. ProductProof may request screenshots or clarification to investigate a delivery or billing problem. During beta, the target first response window is within 7 calendar days.
